Corrections incorporated in June 2019 re-release.

1: Page 2 2/3 of the way down. 'labelled' rather than 'labeled'

2: Page 3 MFT quotation. There is a full stop missing after remember 

3: Page 22 near the bottom. 'The previous position' rather than
'This previous position'.

4: Page 76 penultimate paragraph. '...  a skilled opponent will force you to do so ...'

5: Page 109 Lesson 34: After 9-14(A) it should read (V7) rather than (7)

6: Page 109 near the bottom: 'denies' rather than 'defies'.

7: Page 120 Note A: This should read 'Moving from the single-corner ...'

8: Page 121 13th line: There should be a space after 22-17; and before 7-10

9: Page 130 Note G: 18-8 should read 18-9
