The cost is $10.00 including shipping via first class mail within the United States. First class mail normally arrives within three working days of shipping (but not guaranteed). International air mail is additional; ask us. Delivery times cannot be estimated or guaranteed due to the unpredictability of international mail to some destinations. Customs clearance and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
